This prototype is static. It does not store quiz answers, send form submissions, or process payments.

This site currently runs as a static editorial prototype. The baseline audit and forms are client-side user interface elements and do not submit data to a server in this implementation.

If analytics, newsletter software, contact handling, advertising, or customer relationship tools are added later, this policy should be updated to explain what information is collected, why it is collected, how it is stored, and how users can make privacy requests.

Do not submit sensitive medical information through prototype forms. For personal medical concerns, use a private conversation with a qualified clinician.
